Preparatory Programmes

There will be 33 days personal retreat beginning from the 13th of July leading to 15th August, 2025

Solemnity of Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary.

Summaries of the Retreat will be given on Fridays as contained in the poster.

After the retreat, we shall gather to celebrate our VOCATIONS DAY together at the feet of Mary!

Venue: St Thomas More Catholic Church, Bostall Park, Bexleyheath Kent. DA7 5JW

Date: Sunday, 17th August 2025.

Marian Consecration and Renewal of Consecration will be held during Mass at 11:00am

After Mass, there will be refreshments, and other social and spiritually enriching activities in the hall.

Remember, Mary was at the wedding feast at Cana in Galilee (see John 2), and was at the Upper Room (see Acts 2). She blessed marriage with her presence at Cana, the miracle of turning water into wine happened. She stood by the first priests, the Apostles, when they received the Holy Spirit in the Upper room at Pentecost to minister to God’s people with power.

There will be SPECIAL RECOGNITION & CELEBRATION of those celebrating their 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th, 25th, 30th, 35th, 40th, 45th, 50th, and over 50th Anniversaries as married or consecrated persons, this year.
