To create a world where value for the gift of Catholic ministerial priesthood is appreciated and sustained.

To ensure that Jesus’ missionary mandate to evangelize the world will not be frustrated due to lack of priests

To create a spiritually enabling environment for an increase in vocations to the Catholic ministerial priesthood.

G.L.A.P. VALUES

  • The apostolate shall be known to promote vocations to priestly and consecrated life.

  • The apostolate is committed to promoting the family as the domestic church and as a nursery for breeding priestly and religious vocations.on text goes here

  • Members of the apostolate shall be known by their voluntary dedication to the apostolate selflessly.

  • Members shall promote the apostolate cultivating holiness of life that is coupled with the desire to be soul winners for Christ.

  • The apostolate shall operate with no intention to benefit anything apart from the desire to build up God’s kingdom. The driving force shall be the love of Christ and his Church.

G.L.A.P. OBJECTIVES

    1. To pray for an increase in vocations to Catholic ministerial priesthood.

    2. To pray for priests all over the world.

    1. To encourage adoration of the Blessed Sacrament for priests and vocations to the priesthood.

    1. To promote daily attendance of Mass and consecration to the Sacred Heart of Jesus for priests and vocations to ministerial priesthood.

    2. To promote consecration and devotions to the Blessed Virgin Mary for priests and vocations to ministerial priesthood.

    1. To serve as uniting platform and basis for collaboration for believers across the world.

    1. To support training of seminarians financially.

    2. To support sick and elderly priests through prayers and organised social events.

Lay faithful carry out this apostolate supported by the priests and religious; their consecrated sons and daughters.
